Camera 360 - OMO

Early in 2015, I got a call from Unilever to work on a unique project. They were organizing an outdoor activation for OMO which was meant to be interactive, fun and dare I say crazy.

An open air dome was built and at the top, 36 cameras placed equidistant from each other all around.

Small groups of people went in, and on cue, were required to do something crazy as all 36 cameras went off at the same time.

A laptop was used a central server and after each session, all 36 images were sent to this laptop for processing.

I wrote a PHP script that processed all the 36 images, stitched the images into a 360 video and emailed it to the participants.
